Sandpack System

The SAP series Sandpack System provides an alternative porous medium to formation core sample to perform EOR studies at reservoir conditions of temperature and pressure. The system uses a sand pack which is basically a HP-HT tube filled up with packed quartz sand inside. Several pressure taps along the tube are provided to measure the pressure gradient while injection fluid. Various EOR tests including waterflooding, polymer injection, ASP injection, miscible and immiscible gas flooding, microbial flooding and steam injection can be implemented. Displacement efficiency and oil recovery can be measured with the system. The SAP series Sandpack System can be configured with one or two sand packs and other devices including injection pump, BPR, airbath, produced fluid separator, gasmeter. A number of optional modules exist such as capillary sight glass and foam generator. Other features such as position of sand pack, material of wetted parts, number of pressure taps along the tube can be specifically defined to fit the EOR application.



Benchtop Coreflood System

The BCF 700 is a low cost solution to provide versatile facilities to carry out core flood and fluid flow tests studies at reservoir conditions of temperature and pressure. The core flood tests allow for the evaluation of various secondary and tertiary EOR tests, including waterflooding, polymer injection, ASP injection, miscible and immiscible gas flooding, and microbial flooding. Relative permeability at Swi and Sor, displacement efficiency and incremental oil recovery after implementing the EOR process can be determined. A number of modules can be used along with the standard configuration including dual monitoring taps, gas injection line, automatic fraction collector and airbath.



Flexible EOR Coreflood System

The CFS series provides versatile facilities to carry out core flood and fluid flow tests studies at reservoir conditions of temperature and pressure. The core flood tests allow for the evaluation of various secondary and tertiary EOR tests, including waterflooding, polymer injection, ASP injection, miscible and immiscible gas flooding, microbial flooding, steam injection. Relative permeability at Swi and Sor, displacement efficiency and incremental oil recovery after implementing the EOR process can be determined. The coreflood system is built as per the end user's requirements. A number of modules can be used along with the standard configuration including HP-HT fluid separator, liquid and fraction collector, capillary sight glass, steam generator... Other features such as position of the core holder, material of wetted parts, number of pressure taps along the core sample, number of injection and recirculating pumps can be specifically defined to fit the EOR application.
