The BRP 30 is a semi-automated relative permeameter specifically designed for educational purposes. It allows for measuring single and two-phase liquid relative permeability as well as gas/liquid relative permeability on plug sized core samples in unsteady state conditions. The test consists of direct measurement of L/L and L/G permeability while injecting oil, water or gas through the rock sample. The system includes injection pump, fluid cylinder, nitrogen gas line, hassler core holder, instrumentation, gas meter and computer station.

The SRP350 relative permeameter allows for determination of the liquid / liquid and liquid / gas relative permeability on plug sized core samples at overburden pressure using unsteady and steady state conditions. The core saturation is determined by measuring the volume of liquid produced with a video separator during the flow test. Liquid phases are injected simultaneously or one after the other into the core sample at controlled flow rates. The gas flow rate is monitored using three gas mass flow controllers.

The semi automated BRP350 allows for the determination of liquid permeability and liquid / liquid relative permeability on plug sized core samples at overburden pressure. The test consists of direct measurement of permeability while injecting oil, water or brine through the rock sample. The system includes two floating piston accumulators, a HPLC pump, an hassler coreholder, an overburden pump, a back pressure regulator and pressure display. The instrument can also be configured for gas / liquid relative permeability measurement.
