CV Valves | MV Valves

We are pleased to offer our Vindum Engineering line of constant volume and manual valves, also know as CV valves and MV valves. Our valves are good for high pressure (up to 20,000psi) and high temperature (up to 160C) applications. We offer air actuated on/off as well as 3-way/4-position valves up to 20,000psi. Our manual valve system utilize our o-ring/backup-ring design eliminating packing leaks.


Vindum Constant-Volume CV Valves

The Vindum Modular Valve System (MVS) is designed to speed construction of laboratory high pressure fluid flow systems by offering valves, tees, and crosses that use a common footprint and connector height that can be easily installed on a “breadboard-style” mounting grid.

The Vindum Modular Valve (model MV-210-HC) offers the following features:
• Uses new O-ring/back-up ring design to eliminate packing leak problems of other valve designs
• Selectable O-ring material to suit user requirements (Viton (standard), Buna-N, Teflon, UHMW PE, Chemraz, AFLAS)
• Hastelloy wetted parts for use with corrosive fluids and brine
• Fits Vindum Mounting Grid, eliminating need for valve mounting brackets
• Rated to 12,000 psi and 350F (depending on O-ring selected)
• Works with A/E 1/8" or 1/16"Speedbite fittings (sold separately, others connections available upon request)

• Threaded grid pattern fits both 1”x1” and 25mm x 25mm bolt patterns of the Vindum manual valves, tees, and crosses
• Solid anodized aluminum construction provides robust mounting platform without the need for valve mounting brackets
• Enables standardization of tubing lengths and shapes, saving space and time
• Mounting grid is available in either standard or user-specified dimensions to fit different applications
